Why is the pure titanium coffee maker more expensive than the stainless steel one?
As the name suggests, they are made of different materials. Pure titanium has a higher titanium content (99.7% titanium), which makes the material more stable but relatively harder to process. It is also lighter in weight, making it ideal for outdoor hiking and carrying. However, its smoothness is not as high as that of stainless steel. Due to the properties of titanium, its color tends to be darker.
